What are the shipping options?
We aim to get your orders dispatched within 2-3 days but in busier periods this may take up to 5 days. This is to ensure each package gets the time and love it deserves.

Standard shipping throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland is a tracked service carried out by An Post within 1-2 days from date of dispatch (please make allowances for the current Covid19 situation)

Orders over €65 qualify for free shipping
Do you ship outside of Ireland?
We currently don't have shipping options outside of Ireland on the website. If you are in another country and want to order some of our natural dog treats, please contact us, we would be more than happy to try our best to accommodate you.
What is your return policy?
We are sure both you and the dogs will love our products, but if for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will discuss further with you.
What are the payment options?
Payment is currently accepted by credit/debit on the website. If for any reason you cannot use this method please contact us.
