The simple, no fuss recipe combines grain free flour topped with sweet whole cranberries, juicy chopped apples and loaded with British duck to create the perfect cake mix.
 
All you need to add is 2 eggs and 40ml of water to create your fantastic cake.
 
Ingredients: 
Flour mix: Yellow split pea & chickpea flour, baking powder (GF), apple, cranberry, nettle leaf.
Duck mix: Duck (60%), sweet potato, rapeseed glycerine, parsley, basil, marjoram, oregano, thyme.
